3 Musketeers is a chocolate bar made in the United States of America by Mars, Incorporated. It is filled with a creamy chocolate center in the middle. The chocolate center qualifies as a nougat by definition.

When introduced in 1932, 3 Musketeers had three pieces of candy in one package, flavored vanilla, chocolate and strawberry, hence the name. In 1945, the product was changed to a single bar with the aforementioned chocolate filling. It was marketed as the candy bar that was so big it could be shared with two friends.

In the novel The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas, père, the three musketeers, Aramis, Porthos, and Athos, were joined by the dashing D'Artagnan. In commercials for the candy bar featuring the characters, there are only three musketeers depicted, but D'Artagnan replaces Aramis.citation needed

Today, 3 Musketeers come in six package varieties:[1]

  • The Original 3 Musketeers Bar
  • The Original 3 Musketeers 2 To Go
  • The Original 3 Musketeers Minis
  • The Original 3 Musketeers Fun Size
  • 3 Musketeers Mint Bar (2 Pieces in Package)
  • 3 Musketeers Mint Minis (9 oz. bag)
