The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 is a law of the United Kingdom Parliament enacted in 2004.
The act received the Royal Assent on 22 July 2004 and came into effect on 1 October 2004. It only applies to Great Britain and most provisions apply only in England and Wales.
