Graphite Capital Management LLP is a private equity firm focused on middle market leveraged buyout investments in Europe. The firm has managed private equity funds since 1981 and in 2001 became fully independent.
The firm is headquartered at Berkeley Square House in Berkeley Square in London's West End.
Graphite Capital describes itself as a "leading private equity investor focused on the UK mid-market" that has "backed almost 100 management teams since 1991, many of whom have led their businesses to a successful IPO or trade sale."
The group has managed over £1.2 billion for both institutional and private shareholders, with the most recent fund raising £475 million in May 2007. The group has no external investment committees.
