I, Smomo (talk · contribs), believe the use of this image (Image:Met-police-logo.svg) qualifies as fair use because:

1. The use of this logo does not impact on the Metropolitan Police Service's ability to do their job.
2. The logo is for educational use only.
3. The logo belongs to a government-run service whose main goal is not to make a profit and the use of this logo does not affect that.
