The Legacy at Millennium Park is a 72 story skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois currently under construction, located along S. Wabash Avenue, near E. Monroe Street.
The building will contain 360 luxury condominium units, as well as provide 460 parking spaces.[1] Additionally the build will integrate 41,000 sq ft (3,800 m2). (3,809 square meter) of classroom space for the Illinois Institute of Art in the lower floors. The site where the building is erected will preserve the historic facade of the Chicago LandmarkJewelers Row District on Wabash Ave.
