Marian Bell 

Marian Bell (born 1957) is a British economist, and was a member of the Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee from June 2002 to June 2005.

She was educated at Hertford College, Oxford and Birkbeck, University of London. She is still a Consultant to the Bank of England.
