Richard Patrick Tracey JP (born 8 February 1943) is a leading British Conservative politician from London. He is a member of the London Assembly representing Merton & Wandsworth.
He was MP for Surbiton from 1983 until 1997 when it was abolished. He served as Environment and Sports Minister from 1985 to 1987, and was a leading member of the Public Accounts Committee from 1993-97. At the 1997 General Election, he unsuccessfully contested Kingston and Surbiton.
Educated at King Edward VI School, Stratford upon Avon, and the University of Birmingham (LLB Honours).
