Sir Richard Browne, 2nd Baronet of London

Sir Richard Browne, 2nd Baronet (bef. 1634 – September 1684). Browne was a barrister. The son of Sir Richard Browne, 1st Baronet, and Bridget Bryan, he was admitted as a barrister of Lincoln's Inn, On November 12, 1646. He married Frances Atkins before 1656 and had one son: Sir Richard Browne, 3rd Baronet. He was knighted on May 29, 1660, and represented Wycombe in the first Parliament of Charles II. Browne succeeded his father in the baronetcy in 1669. He died intestate in 1684, and was buried on September 23, 1684 at Debden.
